Hands-on farm experience for young farmers — A summer adventure on the farm!

🌞 Jr. Farmers Summer Program

Ages 7-12 · Max 8 children

A fun and educational 3 day program exploring everything our 25 acre farm has to offer! Participants will learn all about how to care for our rescue animals in a safe and engaging environment. This includes grooming, feeding, and providing plenty of loving care to our goats, chickens, and pigs among many others! Participants will learn about responsibility, valuable STEM skills, and build new friendships while spending plenty of time just being kids in the great outdoors.

Program runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 8:30am-12:30pm

$300 per week; to be paid in person via cash, card, or check on the first day of your booked week.

Children will:

Animal Care

Learn basic animal care, including feeding, watering, and grooming a variety of farm animals.

Gardening

Explore the greenhouse and vegetable garden, discovering how food is grown and harvested during summer.

Farm Tasks

Assist with daily farm tasks like cleaning stalls, maintaining enclosures, and feeding animals. Tasks will be based on the farm's needs at the time, ensuring children get a true experience of daily farm life.

Animal Time

Engage with friendly farm animals in the petting zoo.

Hayride

Take a relaxing hayride around the farm.

What to bring: Packed lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, and hat. Wear sturdy boots or shoes that can get dirty.

Drop-off & Pick-up times: 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM

Price: $300 per week

Summer note: Water breaks and shaded areas will be provided to keep everyone comfortable.
