The S.M.A.R.T. Program is a Community Inclusion "Agricultural Experience" program for individuals with special needs. Participants will become immersed in communities on and off the farm, connecting with nature, animals, and each other through participation in:

Farm Operations
Hands-on experience with daily farm activities
Animal Care
Feeding, grooming, and connecting with rescued animals
Gardening
Growing food and tending to our gardens
Crafts
Creative projects using farm materials
Offsite Outings
Community trips to build real-world connections

Our program is designed to help participants build meaningful connections beyond the farm. Through structured outings and community partnerships, individuals learn to navigate real-world environments, build social skills, and develop a sense of belonging in their local community.
Our Skills Instructors will teach independence and self-advocacy while pursuing long-term community connections that last a lifetime.
