During your visit, you'll get to meet and interact with many of our rescued animal residents! Here's who you can expect to see:

  • Our Hen House - collect fresh eggs from our free-range chickens

Plus many more! During your Tractor Wagon Ride, you'll also see our cow Lola Grace, horses, and mini-ponies.

What's Included

  • A Visit to Our Petting Zoo - interact with goats, pigs, rabbits, and more!
  • Meet our rescued animals and learn about their rescue stories.
  • Visit Our Hen House and gather fresh eggs from our hard-working chickens.
  • Enjoy a Tractor Wagon Ride around our picturesque 25-acre farm to see our cow, horses, mini-ponies, and donkeys while learning about nature and farm life.

  • Plantings where participants can take home their plant.

    ✅ Planting activity is ONLY for Class Trips

    ❌ NOT available for Birthday Parties

  • Picnic under our covered Pavilion with your bagged lunch or snack. (School groups ARE welcome to bring their own lunches!)

Who can attend?

We design our trip to the Farm to be inclusive for all ages to come! Typically we have school class trips, camp field trips, recreational program trips, nursing homes group trips and special interest groups. If you are interested in having a group trip and have any questions reach out to us! We will be happy to answer any questions!

Pricing & Details

  • Pricing is $10 for participants and $8 for chaperones.
  • Picnic Option: $1 per person if you'd like to use our covered pavilion (bring your own lunch).
  • Please add $3 per person for Plantings.
  • Please add $3 per person for Farm Train Rides.
  • Please add $3.50 per person Sugar Pumpkin Picking (in-season only).

All class trips must meet a $200 minimum. We cannot provide class trips for less than $200.

For smaller groups between 10-25 attendees, please contact us to check availability.

Class Trip FAQ – What You Need to Know

Thank you for booking your class trip with Allaire Community Farm! Your visit supports our mission: All proceeds go directly to caring for our rescued animals and programs for adults and children with special needs, teens with mental health challenges, and Veterans with PTSD.

Are we at the right location?

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals may need to shorten the visit if it overlaps with another group's scheduled trip.

Emergency Contact for Day of Trip: Students/group leaders should contact us immediately via phone or email if there is a delay, lost bus, or weather issues.

Please reply to your booking confirmation email or email Debbie with:

  • Number of students/guests (estimated)
  • Number of chaperones (estimated)
  • Any guests with mobility issues (please see accessibility note)

What happens if it rains?

Class Trip will happen rain or shine. Rain modifications:

  • Farm train ride replaces wagon ride in covered pavilion
  • Egg gathering in indoor petting zoo
  • Option to visit outdoor petting zoo in rain

Rain dates cannot be scheduled in advance.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Notify us as soon as possible via email to debbieallairecommunityfarm@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy: If not notified by 9:00 AM on the morning of the trip, your school will be invoiced a $100 fee. Notifications before then incur no fee.
Can we bring our own lunch?

YES! School groups ARE welcome to bring their own bagged lunches.

We have a covered Pavilion available for picnicking. Please note there is a $1 per person fee for using the pavilion.

Is the farm accessible?

We are not ADA accessible.

  • Terrain is rough (dirt paths, uneven ground)
  • No wheelchair lift for hay/wagon ride
  • Staff cannot lift wheelchairs onto wagon
  • All attendees must be able to navigate without ACF staff assistance
Payment Information

Please let us know if you need an invoice or Purchase Order, and if payment will be made in advance or on the day of your visit.

Minimum: All class trips require a minimum of $200.

Bus Driver Information

Please have your bus drivers' phone number handy for pick up.

School Coordinator should provide bus drivers' phone number to ACF for pick up coordination.
