May 9th was to be our annual Hoe Down which is our largest fundraiser. The SUSHI fundraiser, aimed at raising funds for a teaching greenhouse was also cancelled this past March. Both of these fundraisers, as well as our other routine programs, are vital to our mission as a nonprofit.

Our regular programs interrupted by COVID-19 include our riding programs, teaching programs, admission to the petting zoo, over 30 classtrips scheduled this Spring, numerous birthday parties, and multiple Farm to Table events that were being scheduled for the Spring and Summer. All these are major sources of revenue for our little farm. We are grateful to operate our successful Farmers Market but the market cannot support the farm and our mission in its entirety.
